A Short Sale 'OOPS' - 01/25/10 02:50 PM
Via Randy Schulenburg - Mortgage 1st Realty, Inc.: I just finished reading about a short sale 'oops' that occured in Milton, MA. This 'oops' caused a real estate attorney some real headaches! He had to use his malpractice insurance since he didn't get a release from a bank for a 2nd mortgage on his client's sale. Via Randy Schulenburg - Mortgage 1st Realty, Inc.: Would "Money" solve all your problems? If you could have ANYTHING . . . what would you ask for? When God invited Solomon to ask for whatever he wanted, the king requested wisdom (1 Kings 3:9-12). If God were to ask you the same question, how would you respond?
