Less than 20% actually set goals, only 4% actually WRITE them down, and not too surprisingly only 1% actually achieve their goals....it's not hard to identify who actually accomplish what they envision.  
 
If you haven't made a vision board for 2011 & the next 5 years I'd encourage you to do so and shed the limiting beliefs that will keep you from making your dreams a reality.

A few years back there was a couple attempting to sell their home "For Sale By Owner" - they just didn't know the #'s exactly (although they were relatively close compared to most FSBO's) or have the time/energy/resources/experience to market the home property.  They tried for about 8 months & I'd call or drop by to give them something regarding the home-selling process every few week.  Then it happened - I got the call that they were truly serious & wanted to sell asap.
