Obviously the real estate market is experiencing a slow time- this is not news to anyone.  That is one of the reasons I became a Virtual Tour provider in addition to being a Realtor.  Last fall and early winter I was even wondering if Real Estate was where is was at for me.  Don't get me wrong.  I love what I do but it is nice to see a commission check once in a while too.  My husband often accuses me of being a social worker because I get personally involved with each of my clients and by closing we are like family.  Anyway, I digress.  this past week was really busy for me in both arenas.  It seems at least in my area (Greenwood/Indianapolis, Indiana) things are beginning to pick up.   Showings are up, appointments are up, and pendings are up.  I am excited!  This along with the fact that the property tax war that has been raging for some time is finally being sorted out.  Hopefully the pent up demand from hesitant buyers will bust through and make for a great spring for us all.  What is everyone seeing in their areas?  I know the midwest did not experience quite the bubble that other areas did but are things turning for anyone else?  I would love to hear from you.  If there is a glimmer of hope please share......
