Identifying and stopping fraud can not be as clear and as easy as one might think. Some fraud schemes can seem realistic enough right off the bat, and not have a red flag waving the warning signs. Recently, I received a comment on my blog, which is usually a good thing... Well, this time it was bitter sweet! From a post over a year ago, someone who was not a member of the community made a comment; and I quote: "what kind of real estate professional has a blog?"
Ok, ok, I have to be honest.... At first, I was upset. No one likes to have a negative comment. Most people I assume take negative comments towards them personal; I know I do. Then....... I remembered; what am I thinking???
