Be aware of the signs of Fraud... - 04/29/09 07:08 PM
Identifying and stopping fraud can not be as clear and as easy as one might think. Some fraud schemes can seem realistic enough right off the bat, and not have a red flag waving the warning signs. Here are a few tips to watch out for; and may make it easier for you to spot a scheme before it nabs you. -Someone you are not familiar with offers you the chance to receive a credit card, loan, lottery, prize, or another valuable items; but asks for personal information to claim it. -Someone is trying to scare you into purchasing credit fraud (1 comments)

Before you decide to purchase the home warranty with your new home, ask a few questions. -What happens to my coverage if the dealer or manufacturer goes out of business? -Who handles the claims? Are you forced to use a certain contractor per the warranty companies instructions? -Will the company back (1 comments)

What Kind of Real Estate Professional Would Have a Blog????? - 04/03/09 09:05 AM
Recently, I received a comment on my blog, which is usually a good thing... Well, this time it was bitter sweet! From a post over a year ago, someone who was not a member of the community made a comment; and I quote: "what kind of real estate professional has a blog?" Ok, ok, I have to be honest.... At first, I was upset. No one likes to have a negative comment. Most people I assume take negative comments towards them personal; I know I do. Then....... I remembered; what am I thinking??? WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL REALTOR HAS A BLOG??? (2 comments)
