Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to pick.. - 11/27/10 08:39 PM
What is your favorite in the box of chocolates? Mine are definitely something dark with caramel. I have never liked the cherry ones, or anything jelly like for that matter. I have had alot of caramel and cherries in my life. It seems as if when Forest Gump stated this famous line, he was talking to me.
Becoming a teenage mom, it took everything I had to keep afloat 100% on my own. Buying my own first home at 18, I was a success story for teenage moms everywhere. By 21, I married my high school sweetheart, and had my beautiful … (7 comments)

New Home Purchases & How Not To Get Bent Over - 11/27/10 07:28 PM
I particularly enjoyed this pot this evening, because most people buying new construction do not even have the thought of many of the points mentioned cross their mind!
Home inspection? I have met many buyers who do not think they need a home inpection when purchasing a new home!
Many buyers feel pushed into using the agent the builder works with, or their title and mortgage company. You do have a choice.

Within Chester County, Pennsylvania there are roughly 57 townships, and many townships and villages within them. Everyone has their specific reason why they choose the township they live in. Many choose location and convenience, others choose the coveted "school district" which they choose to reside.
My point is; Chester County, Pennsylvania has someone to spark anyone's interest or liking. Located mid point between Philadelphia and Baltimore, many commuters enjoy the rural lifestyle many of the locations offer, but the convenience and closeness of the city in which they work.

Chester County's Best Kept Secret for a Great Price! - 11/20/10 03:50 PM
With a large family, of 8 kids, we are always looking for something to do together as a family to get the most bang for our buck. Think about it, if we go to the movies at $8 a piece, and everyone gets popcorn and a drink, we are way over $100, for a two hour afternoon. Also, with age variance in our kids from 4 to 17, it is difficult to please them all at once. (if not impossible :)
As winter drew near last year, I loathed the thought of being stuck in the house all winter, as the … (1 comments)
