Recently, I came across these cool facts about money in a magazine, and thought I would pass them on. It is pretty interesting.... Did you know the average life span of a dollar bill is 18months, before it is worn out and taken out of circulation. A $5 bill lasts about 2 years, a $10 3 years, and a $100 dollar bill about 9 years. The first paper bill were printed in denominations of 1cent, 5 cents, 25 cents, and 50 cents in 1862. The averages this month are quite the opposite for each zip code, While closed sales were down in 21014, they were up in 21015. While days on the market were down in 21014, they were up in 21015. Both zip codes in Belair, haroford County, Md. do show a reduction in the average price of solds! Great for potential buyers, but not so great for residents of 21014 and 21015 considering the sale of their home!

Want a great inside on my idea of a great way to spend the day in Cecil County, Md? Start your morning off at breakfast at the Spready Oak Cafe. Spready Oak Cafe is a great little restaurant located at 1643 Conowingo Road in Rising Sun, Md. Offering a great menu, and a great place to start, so you are running on a full stomach. Next along the way, I reccomend a stop at the Conowingo Dam, along Rt. 222. Take a few minutes out to see the eagles soar above, among other beautiful sites to please the eye.

Sometimes, it pays and is worthwhile not to take the shortcut, but to start from scratch or take the scenic route... As a Realtor, there are certain shortcuts I could take when doing business, gaining clients, building relationships, listing & selling homes. I choose not to take the DuncanHines/Stove top Route.
