I have a question. Do you feel loyal to one loan officer? As you may know by now, I thrive on getting the opinion of others. In the office the other day, there was a brand new agent on floor duty. When I say brand new, I mean brand new, not one transaction yet. She is a nice woman, very anxious to get her real estate career started, and very eager to gain clients. She proceeds to tell me she had a lead call from a man who wanted to list his home, no questions asked. Sounds great, huh? I am not a tree hugger, I do not protest the development in the largely rural area where I live, but I would never introduce pesticides or hormones knowingly into my children. I am sure you would not either. It is a serious disservice what the FDA is doing by not publicizing more what goes into the food we eat. My goal is in the next few years, to be totally organic. I will be missing for 5 days, March 15- March 20. I will not have access to a computer. It is going to be a sweet getaway. No kids, no worries, no problems. I am going to visit my mother in her own personal paradise in Key West, Florida. I will still be in the loop of business, my mom has a few properties she is selling down there. Curiosity has the best of me. Advertisement can be, and often is key in this business. I would like to get a good response and input on a few aspects of advertising. What methods of advertisement do you feel is the most effective? Is there anything you swear by? What methods of advertisement do you feel is the biggest waste of money??
