Yesterday, at the settlement of the previous Sales Center, for the Franklin Chase Community, there was chit chat among the agents, buyers, and sellers. Chit chat is normal at the closing table, if you are lucky, everyone is happy that this date as finally arrived. I am the Sales Manager for the Community of Franklin Chase. For the past few months, my second home has been the beautiful Sales Center at Franklin Chase. Located in Lincoln University, Pa at 204 Betsy Ross Lane, I have acquired a fondness for this beautiful home. Betsy Ross and I go way back, when I first met her she was a diamond in the rough, just waiting to shine.
