We have been here before...what about the mid to late 1980's?  Savings and Loans down the tubes...half of the State of Michigan moved south, most of Illinois and Indiana followed. long lines at the gas pumps plus 16-18% interest rates...the beat goes on and we came through it all.  We lost lots of Realtors then too...but we gained it all back when times improved.  We all know that this business cycles in and out and when it is cycling in we are all happy.  But when the downturns come around we get down right cynical.  It will turn around in 14-16 months...we can't change the wind but we can adjust our sails!
