Another beautiful sunny hot and humid summer day in South Carolina! I was up and out showing homes early this morning. I hope you will say a little prayer that IF this home is the right one for my client that selling it will be the right thing for everyone involved.
I always hope that when I sell a home or any other real estate, that it is the best thing for the seller, the buyer, and everyone that this sale will impact. I don't think you should say a prayer for your benefit, such as making a sale to earn … (2 comments)

I Have the Potential to Be the Next Miss America - 07/29/11 03:31 PM
Little late getting going today because I have been out showing some homes this morning. Usually I try to show in the afternoon but considering the heat, mornings are just better for both my clients and me.
My buyer really liked one of the homes we looked at in Anderson but the seller is going to have to get right with the price. Since the home has already been listed once with another REALTOR for 6 months and did not sell, I am not sure that just changing to another company and REALTOR is going to help IF this seller does … (6 comments)

Another wonderful day in Upstate SC! I hope you have been able to stay cool during the past several weeks of warm weather. before you complain about the heat remember how nice it is during the other seasons. Without the HOT summers, we wouldn't have the pleasant winters in Upstate South Carolina.

Good Sunday morning! Hope everything is good with you today. I am sure like most people in upstate South Carolina, maybe you are inside trying to stay cool. Sadly, I may be cutting the yard soon. Which sounds bad but other than the heat and dust, I actually enjoy spending time without answering the phone or working on something related to real estate. Don't get me wrong, I love real estate and helping buyers and sellers from the bottom of my heart.

Who is glad it is Hump Day? Hope you are able to stay cool today since they said the Heat Index is going to be 105 in Upstate South Carolina.
Just had a gentleman that bought a really nice tract of land in Starr stop by the office. he had bought this land to retire to about 3 years ago and is getting ready to break ground on his new home. I know it is an exciting time for him.
