Another Hump Day! So glad especially since I have a closing later today and may write up an offer tonight. The offer may be difficult to get worked out but it really depends on how flexible the seller is going to be. Such is life in real estate....
Not real happy about this cold weather. Especially when it is like it was yesterday evening with the drizzle and cold chilling you to the bone. It isn't even the coldest part of the year yet. Just glad I live in South Carolina instead of someplace that gets bad winters....

Good afternoon. Waiting on the Christmas Parade to come roaring by the office in a little while. The bikes have been going by for at least an hour. This is the 31st Annual Toy Parade and it starts at White Jones Hardware just down from my office. It is amazing how much good the local bikers do yet the local newspaper ignores their hard work for various charities.
I guess unless you look a certain way or dress a certain way then they want to pretend you just don't exist......

Well I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours did not turn out too great because sadly my sister, brother in law and both of their kids came down with the flu. They are feeling better today but to prevent spreading the flu to even more people we called off our family get together. Not too many people feel like having a BIG Thanksgiving meal when they are sick as a dog anyway...

Busy day today! Got one under contract and working with a new first time buyer. Exciting stuff for sure! Not looking forward to the colder temps they are predicting tonight. Almost guarantees there will be 2 cats sneaking in the bed for some extra warmth. Which is fine especially if the fat one lays between my wife and I. That extra weight on top of the covers helps prevent someone from stealing all the covers!

Good Saturday morning! Freaking cold this morning and I have to be honest, I am NOT looking forward to this winter. You get spoiled living in this area with the really pleasant weather.
I am sure some people hate the heat during the summer months. I just switch to shorts and flip flops or sandals. I usually carry a pair of boots and socks in my car for showing land or nasty foreclosures. Other than that, I like the heat. Well, except when I want to sleep. I have a hard time falling asleep if it is hot.
