Ready to say good bye to 2011 and hello to a New Year? I am sure many people are looking forward to a New year since 2011 had many problems with the economy and high unemployment. But overall it has been an excellent year for Silver Star Real Estate and we have experienced tremendous results for our clients in the past year.

Only 3 more days until Christmas! I am looking forward to spending time with my family and trying to NOT think about real estate. We are also rapidly approaching the end of the year and it means it is time to start reflecting on the past year and what you hope for the New Year.
I am really hoping to implement some exciting new tools for the coming year. I did accomplish some of my goals for this year. Yet it should go without saying if you are complacent, then you will eventually be left behind as your competition moves ahead.

Another Hump Day and I definitely got humped this morning with a dead battery again. Battery and alternator check as being OK so not really sure what is happening. It may be a relay sticking but not sure at this point.....
Certainly not the way I wanted to start my day. Already behind. I have got a teleconference this afternoon and found out yesterday I have to go through some BS training to submit invoices online for a foreclosed home I am listing. Oh did I mention I had to pay $50 bucks to take this class?

We already know what we want to rank for and honestly there isn't much competition for his keyword so I am hoping to be able to help him quickly.

At long last Friday has arrived again! Super busy day ahead for me. So much so I am stressed about getting everything done. Do you ever have those days?
It is good to be busy but I have found that making a list and putting your different tasks in order can help. The fact the paper this list is on is about 3 miles long doesn't help though......

Good afternoon! Rainy dreary day but just got through pulling another listing off the internet that went under contract this morning. It was a super cheap house that was selling at a bargain price. Sadly it had suffered an interior fire and needed rehabbing....
Because we priced it to reflect both the condition and local market conditions.....
It was cheap......
Really cheap....
Like priced at the value of the land cheap......
The cheaper the home, the nuttier the phone calls.....

Busy day again. Got a buyer that is supposed to come to the office in just a little while to write up an offer on one of my listings. Not sure if it will work out or not. But IF he actually sticks to what he said on the phone, there is a pretty good chance that my seller clients will agree.

Good afternoon! Well Clemson managed to win the ACC championship so I am sure there are plenty of happy Tiger fans today. The chatter on Facebook was overwhelming by my friends that are Clemson fans. I am sure my dad is happy since he graduated from Clemson.
Growing up, about the only time I spent with Dad doing the Father-Son type thing was when we would drive down to attend a Clemson game. It was great as long as they won, otherwise it was a very long ride home....

First Day of December! Only 24 shopping days left! What are you wanting Santa to bring you this year? I want a lower bounce rate and a more sticky website that will rank even higher and get even more eyes on my client's properties. Not asking much am I?
But I imagine that unless you are into internet marketing you may not understand what bounce rate means or how a website can be more sticky.
Bounce rate is how many people stay on your website instead of "bouncing" away after they arrive. You only have 10-15 seconds to get them interested … (2 comments)
