The  MERS mess. What does it mean when you are representing a client?
 
  This is an issue that’s going to stretch across every market. As recently as this morning I had a transaction pulled because of this issue. I’m involved with another situation with a delightful client and in speaking to the Listing Agent this morning and when I asked that question he tried to duck but he had to check for me. Listing Agents should disclose that information BEFORE an offer is presented to them. I’ve been in contact with the title company I use to help … (3 comments)
