  Why would someone write a post about their broker for heaven’s sakes? Well for one, we should acknowledge the achievements of others and the strides that they have done for others to help their business. I’ve worked here for 3 years and I’ve enjoyed the camraderie at Bellabay Realty. We are extremely busy at this company as one of our focuses is on REO properties.   I should have posted this earlier in the series but sometimes you get too busy (no excuse, I do dislike them) to do what need s to be done. At the Life Quest Center for Urban Outreach we are in the midst of a six week seminar speaking directly concerning Fatherhood. There are many issues concerning this subject. Michigan buyers Freddie Mac will no longer pay for a 2 year Home Warranty
  Doing this Freddie Mac will now offer the buyer a 500.00 credit towards the Home Warranty of their choice. So if you have a preferred company that you have dealt with in the past now’s the time to give them a call. There are many providers giving excellent service and coverage and now someone else can and will pay for it.
  So now you have another tool in your arsenal to impress/wow your client. Are we not all about impressing them anyway?
