"Danke Schoen...Oh darlin'..."  That golden voice.  Wait is that a guy or a girl?  It's a very young Wayne Newton. 
Wayne is not so young these days as he clearly showed America on Dancing with the Stars.
For years I have been told I resemble a young Wayne Newton.  A few years ago I took the resemblance to a new level.  As a room sponsor for the Contra Costa Realtors in Motion I  to a had to give a speech to a room of 250 people.  Boy was I nervous!

ccrim: Contra Costa Realtors in Motion (CCRIM) meetings begin January 8th - 12/19/07 10:50 AM
Thank you everyone at CCRIM for a wonderful 2007.  Our REALTOR broker tour and caravan tour will begin again starting January 8th.
We will meet at the same location as most of 2007, Centre Concord at 5298 Clayton Rd, Concord, California.
We have the entire year every Tuesday through December scheduled at Centre Concord.  Any changes will be posted at a later date.
The networking meeting begins at 8am with breakfast being served.  The weekly meeting will now be $10 at the door.
You may recieve a discount on the admission by purchasing an Annual Pass $250 or a FASTpass $75 (12 meetings).

Thank you for letting me be the Bad Guy.  As many of you know, REALTORS and many people in the Real Estate business have the "Gift of Gab".  I know there have been times when you have been talking with someone in the Real Estate business and just wished they would just SHUT UP! 
What happens when you tell someone that you rely on for referrals to shut up?
The first time you do it, it's difficult.  People don't like it when you cut them off mid sentence.  They give you the evil eye.  Then you cut them off again... and again.  … (9 comments)
