day after christmas sale: Help! I need assistance, in trouble with an Adjustable Rate Mortgage. - 12/10/07 04:11 PM

I recieved this email after the President's speech.
Mr. Ellis,My wife and I currently have loan which is an adjustable ARM. We financed this loan back in early 2005. The loan interest rate has since grown from 6% to an outrageous interest rate. We've been doing the best we can to keep it a float; however, I don't know how long we're going to be able to hang on. We'd like to know if we qualify for the Bailout Program that has been announced by President Bush and his staff?
