Well after a long and winding road with a ridiculous client, I had to cut ties and just walk away. I finally got the guy down on his price (my bad for not getting it down sooner) and we get 2 offers. We are $2000 off from where he wants to be on price.  He asks me and the buyers agent to take a reduced commission.  We both decline.  So he decides to withdraw his listing in a manipulative effort to say, fine, I guess you won't make any money then.  I hate to say it, but he's hurt himself more … (14 comments)

Ever wonder where you get new business? Well, I'm pretty anal about tracking my business, but this one takes the cake.  My buyer's agent called me just about in tears and I thought, what on earth could be wrong? It turns out she was laughing so hard she was in tears.  A man had called her from our website and wanted her to come list his property.  She asked how he heard about us and he said from our website.  Through his think European accent, she was not able to discern how he got to our website or his name for that matter, … (8 comments)
