The 2011 Denver Parade of Homes featured 64 houses from Loveland down to Castle Rock.  There were seven luxury homes priced over $1 million which were open to tour in Heritage Hills Colorado. Following is a description and some photos of the first of those models located at 9466 Vista Hill Lane at a price of about $1,135,000.
