We all know the devastation that can be caused by natural disasters, regardless of where they strike in the world.
Well, earlier this week our Caribbean neighbor, Haiti was hit hard with a 7.0 earthquake that depending on who you listen to has left anywhere for 50,000 to 150,000 dead or missing from this tiny island nation.The hard part is for the millions who survived and really don't have the time to grieve for the loss of loved ones as they continue to fight for their own survival.Please pray for both the living and the dead.

I had an email forwarded to me that was supposedly written by a 90 year old woman, Regina Brett who writes for The Plain Dealer in Cleveland Ohio. The truth is she just turned 50 in 2006...so be careful of what you read on the Internet...as if you didn't know that already.The article I was forwarded is called "50 Life Lessons". Alright, University of Arizona Law School Professor Brent T White was not actually quoting the 1966 pop hit, Walk Away Renee, by the Left Banke but according to a Wall Street Journal article published on October 30th he is indeed an advocate of the Strategic Default, that I have previously reported on. I remember receiving the text message on my TREO 700P, the day after Christmas…I received the first of 3 REO assignments in a 24-hour period. I guess the wait until after Christmas mentality was kicking in and it was time to clean off some desks and get those files moving before the end of the year. My Real Estate Business and a Christian Dilemma by John Occhi, Hemet CA REALTOR® Hemet CA Real Estate I recently started a new morning routine, that I am now near the second week of, and so far I have done very well. I think I am at the point where my routine is becoming automatic.
My alarm goes off at 5:00 a.m. - OK I lay in bed for a bit, but I am up in the kitchen making coffee before 5:30 and then I am up to about 20 minutes of stretching and exercise.
