I just met a new acquaintence while showing my listing at 5741 N. Albina  http://5741albina.realivent.com , the "green" condo.  It turns out that he is interested in green development in the Portland area as well, having helped to construct and/or finish some green building projects.  He works as a graphic designer, and his business is www.waterknot.com.  It seems that he first got involved/interested when he started designing some graphics for a magazine called Sustainable Industries (www.sijournal.com).  It is a great magazine focusing on topics relating to Green building including Real Estate, Building, Education, etc.  I found it quite interesting and am looking … (2 comments)
