I am constantly amazed by the Real Estate Business and some of the people working in it!  I realize the Portland, OR Real Estate market is slower than it has been in the past, but let me tell you a few stories...
My colleague just went through an experience where he was representing a seller that had priced her home very well.  He received an offer from a broker that was well below that price and his client rejected that offer.  Rejecting that offer wasn't a surprise, but the reaction from the other broker was a big one!  She proceeded to insult and … (0 comments)
