Olympic Sized Real Estate Opportunities

Find a Great Deal on a Home in Surrey, Cloverdale or Clayton Hill during the Olympics.

There are many people completely focused on the upcoming Olympics here in Vancouver and area.

There's talk about the cost of Gold Medal final hockey tickets, and the price we're paying for the truck-loads of snow being brought down from Manning Park to the Cypress Bowl ski area.

Something that's going a little bit un-noticed is the up-tick of new real estate listings in the last 6 weeks in the Fraser Valley, Surrey, Cloverdale, and Clayton Hill (to see video).

This fact, coupled with the fact that so many people will be putting their home search activities on hold for a few weeks could spell a real opportunity for those buyers who are serious about moving and are willing to put their goals of home-ownership ahead of their desire to watch ski-jumping or the Jamaica bob-sled teams "cool-running"!
