First of all let me say I love to shop! I have not had the opportunity to do much of it lately but someday soon I will. And one of my favorite place to go is Turkey Creek! Turkey Creek is an area of over 300 acres devoted to shopping and has been zoned for Retail Shops,Restaurants,Hotels,Movie Theaters, Medical Facilities ,Banks,and office space .

Boomsday is the largest Labor Day fireworks show in the country. And this year is no exception,the event is expected to draw a large crowd of over 400,000 visitors to the riverfront area . Recently I had a phone converstion with someone who absolutley hated Realtors. She has had a bad experience with more than a few or so she stated . She further explained that she has a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a septic tank that has no permit and has not been serviced in years! At least 10 years Did I mention the well water ? Back To School Starts Tuesday in Knox County . Summer does not seem to last long enough ,even though some started back in July which in my opinion is way too early ! And some go year round . Today I called on a loss mitigation assignment ,I found the situation heart breaking . The person with the loan in pre foreclosure thinking she was doing the right thing signed her home over to her mortgage broker thinking that is what a short sale is . That is not a short sale ,she owes the bank for a home she does not own ,she signed it away but still owes the bank ,needless to say she isn't making the payments she thinks the loan was paid by her friendly mortgage rep and she can move on with her life .
