Thursday with sunshine and mild temperatures. 70's to 75 across our area... that's 70 at the beaches 75 in San Bernardino. Also repeating yesterday's front page news of Business section of LA Times; prices and sale up again in the southland... in fact sales increased 24 percent in LA County. This is the 17th straight month for increases! Today we learn that LA housing starts are up again. Things are moving in the right direction.
