I have come to realize that statement has a lot of different meanings. But one thing it means to me is that when a buyer is looking for a Home in our Home market area. We have so much to offer that a salesman from over a hour away or more dont, they don't really have a clue about our home area like we do. I know my roads, I know where the schools are, I know shopping, restaurants, families, churches, taxes, ect. Growing up in Canton Ohio, East Canton, Louisville, Alliance, Ohio. If your thinking about getting a new home or selling your home always get or see your appraisal, Your home May be worth more than you think. Hoping and knowing, how to get vaule is always the main question, Do research, see what really makes your home worth more, dont spend money when your selling to make it look pretty, pretty is nice but doesn't add vaule. Do research, find out your true vaule and always remember, your Home is most peoples biggest investment, learn about Your investment.
