Real Estate Disputes come in all shapes and sizes, and the past month has been active in resolving conflicts through Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR and also known as Mediation.
Two friends 60 year old friends take there dispute to a higher notch when his friend cuts up his road grader into 7 individual pieces with a cutting torch, the result leads to a law suit.
Two neighbors sue one another over a fence dispute, when they both agreed to pay for a new fence and in the end one of the neighbors refuse to pay.

As a Mediator who's focus is disputes with real estate, many of the disputes involve the theme
of non-disclosure. In California and in many states, a dispute between a buyer-seller
shall start with Mediation.
 
Mediation is an Alternative Dispute Resolution vs litigation and is growing in poplularity
with both the courts and private commercial sector.

Mistletoe Leads to Mediation The homeowners had some vintage Oaks and called a tree service for a quote for maintenance. The tree's were filled with mistletoe A price was quoted for a half day and daily rate. The tree service suggested that two oaks recieve a cable support system along with general maintenance.
