The much needed new High School for students living near Oakleaf Plantation is coming. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 27th for the new Oakleaf High School that will sit on a 60 acre parcel at the corner of Branan Field Road and Plantation Oaks Boulevard. NEFMLS Dedicates their 2nd Habitat for Humanity Build - 06/02/08 03:43 PM
The Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service and The Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS just dedicated its second Habitat for Humanity (HabiJax) home that they took part in.
The special project manager of the NEFMLS Diana Braddock, was the key person in getting this project completed. Diana worked hard with the HabiJax Team along with all of the volunteers, and the new home owners Rania Elmore and here adorable 1 year old son Jeremiah, to get this wonderful home built. Diana was at the house daily to make sure everything went smoothly. Nice job Diana!

How is your Market actually doing compared to the medias negative broadcasts? - 06/02/08 03:00 PM
Hello all,   I am curious to see how your market is actually doing compared to the horror stories that the media is broadcasting.    In Northeast Florida we have seen great improvement in the market since about February. When the media tells their stories they are still painting a bad picture for all of our customers nationwide no matter how our LOCAL market is actually doing.   Please reply with where you are from and how good, bad or stalled your market is at this time.
