Prince William County has published a new Building Development Policy 2.11 which requires address validation and an additional review by the County GIS Division. The new policy went into effect on February 4, 2013. Download the new policy at http://www.pwcgov.org/government/dept/development/bd/Documents/PP211.pdf. Two noteworthy items were included in the new policy:
The County GIS Division requires address validation for Tenant Layout Plans and Alteration/Repair Plans for existing Building/Tenant Spaces.
