We came to southern Delaware for a vacation but found a new way of life.  We are former IT professionals from Morris County New Jersey and have many years in customer service.  We found that we could put our technical expertise to good advantage in the fast changing real estate marketplace and expanded our people skills to serve customers in a totally different environment.  We have three grown sons, two in New Jersey and one in Arizona.  We moved into a beautiful new community two years ago and have become the resident sales specialists.  It is a gated, private Jack Nicklaus signature golf course community called The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay with indooro pool and hot tub, athletic center and game room, outdoor pools and hot tubs, wave pool, The Terrace Grille, miles of biking and walking paths, and even a fishing pier and water taxi to Dewey Beach.  We have very friendly neighbors, even though only a small percentage of owners are full time residents; but we have a book club, pot luck dinners and play Team Trivia every Thursday evening at The Terrace Grille.  Come and join us. We would love more company.
