Hernando MS (the DeSoto County seat) has several great neighborhood parks.
One of the newer parks is Lee's Summit Park located in the Lee's Summit neighborhood right off Monteith Rd. This park has a paved walking trail, playground, pavillion with picnic tables, and a pond. It is located just behind the "Wal-mart shopping center".

Conger Park located off Oak Grove Rd. in the southern portion of Hernando is one of the most well-known parks in Hernando. I always see someone there every time I drive by. This is also a good place to … (0 comments)
