The above graph represents the foreclosure activity in Tate County MS and DeSoto County MS during October, November and December of 2010. The black line represents how many new foreclosures were placed on the market each week while the green line represents the number of foreclosures that went under contract during the same time period.
The city of Southaven MS has the highest number of foreclosures on the market right now (this is total number, not a per capita number).

Northwest MS Foreclosure Report - Summer 2010
The above graph shows the Foreclosure Activity in the Northwest MS real estate market for April, May, and June 2010. During April and the first part of May, we had many more homes go under contract which resulted in a depletion of inventory. In the past couple of weeks, we have seen foreclosure inventory rise.
Foreclosures in Northwest MS represent less than 10% of all available homes for sale; however, they made up 1/4 of all homes sold during the months of April, May and June 2010.
