As the first month of 2010 has already come and gone, it seems that a growing trend with aging Mississippi home buyers has already begun. The most current trend shows that aging Mississippi buyers want comfortable, easy maintenance homes with the master bedroom on the first-floor.
It's looking as though the baby boomer generation is now hitting their 50+ years. And these baby boomers make up around 28% of the population with very interesting statistics.
