I had a conversation with a coworker yesterday about this exact topic.  She and her husband are hesitant to make the leap into homeownerhip, knowing it a large responsibility.  After what she has witnessed in the market, she said she knows there are consequences if homeownership is not treated seriously and she wants to be sure it is a responsibility she is willing to take on.  … (0 comments)
