 Do you ever find that your life is out of balance?  If you spend too much family time then your business suffers while if you spend too much business time your family suffers etc... To me there are four basic categories in my life: Spiritual, Family + Friends, Business and Health and Well Being.

Published "Average Market Time" statistics in fact virtually never reflect the actual time that it's been taking for homes to sell, because such figures you see elsewhere only consider the Market Time of the final home listing which ended in a sale, and they ignore any prior cancelled and expired listings on those same properties. "If they take so long why do they call them short sales?"I was asked this question recently by a buyer client of mine.  I started off by explaining that in a short sale you can't just go from point A to point B and that it is necessary to take a few curves along the way.  My comment was met with that deer in the headlights look so I knew that I might have to give a more detailed explanation.  I decided that it was best to give a recent transaction as an explanation.
