A lot of people have the misconception that all down payment assistance programs have been eliminated. This is NOT the case. The only down payment assistance programs that were done away with are seller funded down payment assistance programs, i.e: Nehemiah, Ameridream, Genesis Foundation, etc. There are still many down payment (5 comments)
