So this blog is will put me to 20,000 points, I am the number 1 agent as far as points in the city that I specialize in Sandy, Utah. I think I write good blogs that are relevant and interesting locally.
BUT I HAVE NEVER GOT A LEAD OF ANY SORT FROM MY EFFORTS ON ACTIVE RAIN!!!
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

I am thinking about creating a niche for myself in Golf Course properties throughout Utah. Do you have any ideas as to the best way about doing this. I have created a page on my website just for golf course properties, but really need some good ideas about how I can list this type of property. I spend a lot of time on the course, and hand out a lot of cards. Do you think advertising on those benches on the tee boxes would be a good idea? I am looking to get your feedack here, and really appreciate your help.

I just created a great resource on my website for first time homebuyers in Utah! Feel free to check it out and let me know how I can make it better! I hope that it can be a great resource for anyone looking to realize their home ownership dream. I was able to use the cooliris widget, to showcase homes in Utah that area affordable for incomes in the $30,000 - $40,000 range. I had the opportunity to do a little golfing today at River Oaks at Sandy City. I thought I would share my thoughts with you about the course.
