RPR Not Just Another Acronym  Below is the original President's Letter for the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors (Massachusetts) Newsletter I wrote this past late Spring.  Now RPR is ready for a roll out.  As a participant in the testing I will keep you posted on the updates, this is a very exciting time in real estate....

White Horse Beach, Massachusetts 15 foot sharks spotted! - 08/19/10 11:20 PM
Dun da dun da  dun da ....is that a shark, here at White Horse Beach today the fins were spotted....in shallow water...SHARKS!
Clearing the water the crowds took to the beach sand, out of the water....who would have thought sharks in shallow water at White Horse Beach, Plymouth, Massachusetts.  Always a hot spot to tourists and locals alike, the site of those shiny sharp fins circling in the water were enough to send swimmers and waders to the shore line....

Well it doesn't seem so long ago that we met at a Bed and Breakfast on Sandwich Street, Route 3A, in Plymouth Massachusetts to listen to the visions of a company coming to our community with a dream.  The dream was to create a community in the Plymouth Colony, a vision similar to the Pilgrims, a vision of creating a community within a community.  I can remember sitting in the beautiful surroundings of the bed and breakfast listening to the grand ideas of defining an area in the woods...and I do mean the woods, there were trees everywhere.  An area which … (0 comments)

I can hear that jazz music now...Saturday and Sunday of this weekend you will hear Greg Abate, Dane Vannatter, and Janice Friedman along with many others.  Coming up on the sixth year of this celebration  you will enjoy this event held at the Provincetown High School in Provincetown.

Norwell, Massachusetts I Don't want you to miss out on this again next year! - 08/09/10 12:47 AM
Next year this time I do hope to be part of a great Norwell, Massachusetts community activity and reaping the rewards on a weekly basis.  This is the first year of Norwell's Community Farm.  It is an interesting concept which required many positive people to put the plan into action. 
Norwell in 2009 Town Meeting voted $50,000 in funds for the Community Preservation Fund.  As defined on  the US Department of Agriculture Department website this is a CSA project (Community Supported Agriculture project which requires a buy in from the people to initially fund the project, reaping both the risks and rewards) … (0 comments)

Now is the time for Sellers of homes to take advantage of the weekend of no sales tax (restrictions below) to spruce up your home on the market.  The supply of housing is ample and the competition is stiff.  If you want the best price for you home prioritize your expenditures.
