The holiday season is upon us, parties, family and friends, scurrying from store to store for last minute gifts and decorating our homes and businesses with holiday cheer!

The Treasury Department announced that they are scheduled to auction off $99 BILLION in notes next week.  This just seems like such an unbelievable number, so hard to get our hands and minds around...but yes they are planning to auction another 99 billion next week.

FHA Approved Condos - approximately 25000 may loose FHA Financing! - 12/15/10 12:45 PM
There are approximately 25,000 complexes with tens of thousands of units of housing who may lose the ability to obtain FHA financing.  FHA financing has been key to obtaining mortgages on condos especially those for first time or down payment challenged Buyers.
New tough standards to ensure condos comply with keeping their complexes financially stable with documents regarding their financials and legal documentation are in force.
The FHA extended the December 7th, 2010 date for submitting their documentation  into 2011 progressively for compliance with the mandated condo docs for FHA approved complexes prior to 2007 which will assist some condo complexes with … (0 comments)

The condominium market has so many great offerings and yes we do have so many buyers who are interested in the convenience of this lifestyle, especially now as the ground freezes and snow starts to glisten the on driveways and sidewalks.  The prospect of someone else being responsible for snow removal and landscaping is a driving force!
The most important aspect of researching either a home or condo purchase - whether we be buyers, sellers or real estate agents is "how will the buyer/or ourselves finance this purchase?"

You can feel it in the air, you can see it along the streets and yes you can see it in the eyes of young children...Christmas is almost upon us.
It is hard to imagine how magical this time of year still is.  We live in a world of instant texting, large flat screen hd tvs, bullet trains, high performance automobiles, mega stores and yet Christmas opens our hearts and our minds to those things which are so important which can not be bought with credit cards, cash or gold bars.
