Boston Business Journal Massachusetts Film Tax Credit Survey - 01/23/12 10:47 AM
Good Morning All, In Massachusetts there has been alot of discussion back and forth regarding whether Tax Credits are the right way to go with the Massachusetts Film Industry. As a Realtor I believe that the fact that movies are made in our area increases tourism and is a natural advertiser to our area both to visit and to reside in. Each movie helps many small businesses in the area with the many supplies that a movie may need such as food, flowers, temporary workers, clerical, transportation, security and more. Should the movie be a big hit fans love to visit (0 comments)
Bank of America can be contacted via TWITTER - 01/08/12 06:09 PM
I am hearing very good things about the communication offered to Realtors from the staff manning the phones on the Twitter account of Bank of America. We as Realtors can contact Bank of America on Twitter and ask specific questions regarding the Clients and their properties we are servicing. Reach out to Bank of America on Twitter @BoFa_Help, the official site for BOA Twitter reps. They are available Monday thru Friday 8am to 8pm. Also the website is http://go.bofa.com/BofAHelp if you need it. I handle alot of short sales and am frustrated by many so being able to reach out to (4 comments)
You don't get respect, you earn respect. What are you doing on a daily basis to earn your customer's respect? - 01/05/12 09:41 PM
You don't get respect, you earn respect. What are you doing on a daily basis to earn your customer's respect? Wow I read this tonight on Twitter - a posting by a coach by the name of Scott Juba. It is just two little sentences but it really hit home. So many of the real estate professionals use words like ethical, high moral values, honest, and more in their bios, it always rubs me the wrong way.... When someone starts a sentence with "honestly", "I wouldn't lie to you", "Trust me"...I don't know if it is just me (5 comments)
What are your Real Estate Goals for 2012? - 01/03/12 12:24 AM
Ok, we have entered a new year, 2012. I truly feel that this is going to be a great year for those who are truly real estate professionals. If this is not just "doing that real estate stuff" as I was asked the other night if I was still doing....ugh...but a true career with a sense of purpose and also a reward for our hard work, I think it will be a good year. I have sat back the last month and looked at the short sale situation, the bank owned properties deteriorating around me along with families and their lives (7 comments)
