Cost Segregation is the most aggressive application for depreciation.  This IRS approved process allows an engineer to work with your CPA to identify all of the personal property in your property that often get lumped together within the real property classifications when we file our depreciation schedules. These items can include your electrical, plumbing and security systems as well as design and decorative work.
