After putting the information together about how bad the month of January was in loacl zip codes, I am happy to report that my listing at 4703 Vrestview has gone under contract in under a week! After an amazingopen house with over 200 visitors we presented contracts(yes multiples) last night and the sellers accepted one!
 Whats the secret? Location, Preparation and Expectation!

Bethesda is amazing! Happy Monday!This beautiful weekend was shadowed by the amazing activity in Bethesda Real Estate. It amazes me how some of the most established names and let's call them 'heritage' agents in my market are also the most clueless as to how our contract works, how to upload a listing,and how to make sure their listings get online.REALTORS have in the past gotten a bad reputation for making to much money for to little work. Listening to the amount of attention that these agents pay to the true issues invloved in selling Real Estate I am shocked that they are successful and that their clients come back.
