market conditions in columbus ohio: The Columbus Ohio Real Estate Market is Rebounding? - 02/27/08 01:59 PM
In the past few weeks I have two first time home buyer clients make offers on properties.  On both occasions the homes had only been on the market for a few days and there were multiple offers on each house.  Its nice to see this type of buying activity this time of year for several reasons.  First there is what I call the "trickle up effect".  Last year there was a very small move up market in Central Ohio.  This Spring I feel this section of the market will be much stronger because there is so much activity in the first time … (0 comments)
