Cincinnati Short Sales - 10/01/08 07:51 PM
Hello Cincinnati and surrounding suburbs.
Are you about to be behind on your payments or are you already behind?  If so you're a short sale candidate.
A short sale is when you sell the home but you don't sell it for enought to pay off the loan.  The lender has to agree to allow the short sale to happen, but ussually they are more than willing to allow you to sell and are willing to recoup as much as they can.  Basically, the lender doesn't want the house to get forclosed on and have to take it back.  In the state of Ohio … (0 comments)
