Last week I was out on the golf course.... Oh how I love saying that since it sounds like I’m actually “a golfer”, which I’m not. I’m a golfer in the making….a “wanna-be golfer” It was a little hectic getting things wrapped up before our Tee-time. I had four short sale files to follow up on, one short sale contract to rescind (buyer wouldn’t match the bank’s counter), one offer to get over to Escrow for preparation of the HUD 1 so I could submit a package to the lender and finally, a market analysis on a Maple Valley property. Mid seventies, slight breeze and mostly clear sky…..not to mention the fact I’m making good progress on a Suntrust Short Sale. I’ve worked with Suntrust Mortgage before on short sales and the experiences were fairly frustrating and painstakingly lengthy. This sale has been in (6 comments)
The seller was giving me the details of the $80,000+ remodel, and although I was taking notes, I wasn't really hearing him the first go 'round because as I walked around, I kept saying to myself: "This is a REALLY cool house!"
Finally I had to stop the owner and say, "I'm sorry if I'm lagging behind here, but I'm just taking it all in" And that's what you'll do when you step inside this one-owner, Custom NW Contemporary (3 comments)
The Real Estate Scoop as it pertains to the Pacific Northwest, primarily South East King County where you can get more for your money but are within driving distance of the Seattle Waterfront or Cascade Mountain Ranges. I love to keep on top of what is going on it the local market and with new technology in the industry. Feel free to email or post a comment or question anytime!
