This past weekend I found myself running around looking for birthday gifts for three family members ranging in age from 4 to 40.  I went from toys (there are some REALLY cool things out there now!)  to Menswear and wrapped things up (no pun intended) in the Wine aisle
I'm not really into shopping....for myself anyway.  I have friends who are power shoppers, you know,  the "shop 'til you drop" types....but that's so not me!
 
Unless of course, we're talking house shopping!

Home buyers in Maple Valley and across the Country got one step closer to getting the first home buyer's tax credit extended past the November 30 deadline.
The Senate has approved the Homebuyer Tax Credit and we now await a vote in the House of Representatives.
Industry experts feel it's likely the bill will pass and then will be signed into law by President Obama.
I haven't read the bill, but according to a release by the Washington Association of Realtors, the $8000 credit would be extended to April 2010 (sooner than the June date which had been floating around) and … (0 comments)

February has historically been a month when home buyers can make a great deal. Much of the existing inventory has languished on the market over the holidays and owners who were hopeful January would bring them an interested buyer, have been disappointed. By February, many of these discourged owners are looking for an offer....any offer!
"WHY DON'T THEY JUST MAKE ME AN OFFER?!" (I've heard this a time or two from sellers)
