Oh the things I remember from my very first real estate class waaaaay back in 1990!
Every time I explain to someone the number of square feet in an acre, I really feel like singing the answer ala Season of Love from "Rent" (Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes.... how do you measure, measure a year?)
Fortunately for my clients, I've yet to break into song when answering although I can't promise it will never happen.

If you've been thinking about building in the Maple Valley area in the future, the market is definitely in your favor right now. Prices have come down, there's a good selection available and frankly, the "dirt's" not moving much....meaning a strong buyer's market for vacant land.
