I am new to ActiveRain, so forgive me if this is not the appropriate area to post this information. I represent First Mortgage Corporation. A FHA speacialty lender who underwrites off the FHA 4155.1 and 4155.2 with very little overlays. The three programs FMC excel's at: 1) No FICO program 2) 500-579 90% FHA Purchase/Refi 3) CHFA ACCESS program (.50% down payment) I bring this to your attention because I see a number of postings needing help in these specific areas.
