advice for realtors: Advice for Realtors- A House Isn’t a Home - 05/28/10 02:37 PM

As the president of a real estate franchise, I read a lot of blogs, especially those from other Realtors.
Let me first disclaim that the wealth of information and creativity I read on the Internet is amazing and the advice in this article is only meant to bring back the consistency of two common real estate terms that have seemed to lose their meaning in the last few years.
Too often than not I see Realtors and brokers mixing the terms "house" and "home". For example, a Realtor might say or write "I would like to sell your home", or "Selling … (3 comments)
