I have been reading several posts about ethics and how real estates agents and broker are viewed. 
Their is limited control that we have over the big picture (others in the profession).  However we can very much control how we conduct our business.
I believe a mission statement is a place to start and I decided break down mine piece by piece in hope of provide some insight to why I feel they are a good solid foundation from which to built a business model.

The US Navy is now moving part of the fleet out to sea just in case.
We are hoping to get pictures. 
We are still preparing.  Filling the tub with water and preparing to be without power.
Many road closures now happening.

Tsunami on the way here in Hawaii - 02/27/10 01:47 PM
 
 
 
We were woke up at 6am this morning from the sirens on the beach.  Turn on the TV to find out a tsunami is going hit the island at 11am.
 
We are on Waikiki Beach in the Hilton resort, on the south side of the island which is to be hit first.  We are getting prepared and ready to take pictures.
 
All the sail boat are going out to sea.  Safer than in the docks.
