For the Wikipedia definintion click here. (Don't let comlpex definitions and buzz words get you off track.) Is the voice of the customer always the spoken word? I don't believe it is. Body language many times speaks much louder. There are specific actions and body language that provides clues to the customers needs. Of course, there are always those that do speak their mind. We appreciate that and encourage it. The most important thing is that we do listen to the customer and provide a product or service that meets their needs.

resources: When making choices/decisions. Do you make fully informed decisions?
- 11/23/09 03:07 AM
When making decisions don't rush. I recommend you make fully informed decisions. Seek out information and the Internet is a great resource. Seek out the appropriate professionals. Many professionals provide not cost or obligation initial consultation. This is a great way to get know them and find a good fit. Make fully informed timely decisions. Hurried decisions most often won't be in your best interest. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

It's a learning process and I'm still learning. I have learned a couple of things about myself. I do know I like to use clip art that relates to my thoughts. I like to write market reports for many different zip codes (4 comments)
Raise the financial IQ of buying public and we all can make better buying decisions and hopefully avoid our own personally financial meltdown. Here are my thoughts:
A while back, I had the opportunity to volunteer for a Financial Literacy Fair held at a local college for the benefit of local high schools that wanted to participate. It is a new program fund entirely by local business and volunteers. The goal is to raise the financial IQ by simulating real life.

This market is creating more and more default landlords. This seems to be the sign of the times. What is a DEFAULT LANDLORD? Here are a couple of examples of a default landlord. 1. About two years ago I brought a house on a large lot because I wanted the land to subdivide. After I purchase the property, the market pulled back and made the development not financial viable. So I have a house I can't sell because I can't afford to finish the development. So I'm a default landlord.... 2. My son and his family had to move because of a job (0 comments)

I was reading a post and comments the other day about creative sales methods. There were some comments in the post that got me thinking. My main thought, why did I get into this business. Before I got my license I wrote what I felt would make a good agent. Once I completed the verbiage, I reviewed what I had written (Mission Statement) and decided that was the kind of Real Estate Agent I wanted to become. I currently have it located on my website and created an introduction pamphlet with the Mission Statement (Business Philosophy) in my marketing materials.
While reviewing why I got into this (8 comments)

I was pulling my hair out trying to figure this out??? How am I going to make this worth my time? Where am I going to find something to write about? And what about writing something worth reading? After reading so many GREAT thought inspiring posts (Thank you Everyone) and commenting (very little) for over a year. I found my voice and decided to write about a couple of topic's. First: I wanted to write about consumer information to assist buyers and sellers in the decision making process. Second: I wanted to write about what I'm passionate about, so those reading my blogs can learn about me. (5 comments)
